• What is the cost of signing up?
  There is no cost to join the A1Points Program. It is completly free and you will automatically start earning points with all your purchases.

• What purchases qualify to earn A1Points?
  Any purchase made on a1books.com starting 1 February 2009 will earn points.

• Where can I see how many points I earned?
  Your shopping cart will show you points you earn on your purchase.

• How many points will I earn per order?
  Earning points is easy. For every dollar you spend on a1books.com, you earn a point. For example, if your order totals $10.45 including shipping, you earn 10.45 points.

• Is there a limit on the number of points I can earn?
  No, you can earn points on your purchases and make the most of our deals as much as you want!

• Can points be transferred between accounts?
  Points cannot be transferred between accounts at this time.

• What happens to my points if an item on my order is cancelled or returned?
  In the unfortunate event that the order on which you earned points gets cancelled or is returned by you, the corresponding points you earned will be adjusted in your balance automatically.

• How do I redeem my A1Points?
  Build your shopping cart on a1books.com. In your shopping cart, we have a link for you to enter the number of points you would like to redeem in a purchase. Note for Google Checkout customers: while you can earn points on purchases made using Google Checkout, to redeem these points you need to login to your A1Books account and use A1Secure Checkout or PayPal to complete the purchase.

• What is the redemption value of my points?
  The redemption value of points is 1%.

• How long does it take for my points earned to show up in my balance? When can I redeem my points?
  Points earned are available for redemption as soon as the corresponding order ships out. In case of cancellations, we will refund any points earned on cancelled items.

• Are points redeemable for cash? Can I get a refund for unused points?
  A1Points can be redeemed while placing an order for any item on a1books.com. Cash redemption is not available at this time.

• Is there a restriction on number of points redeemed in a purchase?
  The redemption amount of A1Points cannot be more than the order value in a particular purchase. The number of points redeemed also has to be a whole number.

• How do I know what my A1Points balance is?
  Your A1Points balance will be displayed in your shopping cart. You can also login to your a1books.com account which will display your A1Points balance

• Can I use PayPal or Google Checkout when redeeming A1Points?
  At this time A1Points can be redeemed with only A1Secure Checkout or PayPal. A1Secure Checkout ensures your credit card information is securely processed by us. If you have earned points using Google Checkout, please login to your A1Books account and you will see the links for redeeming A1Points in your shopping cart. To redeem the points, please use A1Secure Checkout or PayPal as a payment method.
